We collect the minimum a plan store needs: your email (for sign-in and receipts), the training inputs you type into the wizard (race, date, a recent result, schedule), and the plans generated from them. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card never touches our servers.

Workout briefings are written by a language model that receives only your plan's numbers — never your email or identity. We don't run ads, sell data, or share it with anyone beyond the processors above. Delete your account by emailing us; everything tied to it goes with it.
