Stridelab sells personalized running training plans as one-time digital purchases. By buying a plan you get a perpetual, personal-use license to that plan, including its in-browser view and calendar export.

Refunds

The free preview exists so you can judge a plan before paying. If you buy and the plan still isn't right, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no form, no questions beyond what helps us improve.

Not medical advice

Training plans are guidance for healthy adults, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a training program, and use your own judgment — pain that changes your gait is a stop sign, not a challenge.

Accounts

Accounts are created from the email used at checkout and accessed by emailed sign-in links. You're responsible for access to that inbox.
